Continental champions Super Falcons have landed in Rabat where they will play all group games at the Women Africa Cup Of Nations WAFCON 2026 in Morocco.
The Nigerian ladies were pictured on their team bus sporting green and white coloured flowing gowns, complemented by beautifully tied traditional headgears.
The full compliment of 25 invited players made the trip to Rabat from Casablanca where the Falcons held a 10 day training camp.
Before departure the Nigerian Ladies guaged their readiness in a 2-1 friendly win over Tanzania ahead of WAFCON 2026 which kickstarts tomorrow.
Nigeria gunning for a record extending 11th crown will open their Group C WAFCON campaign against debutants Malawi on Tuesday 28 July in Rabat.
Subsequent group games against Zambia and Egypt will come up respectively on 1st and 5th August 2026.
Semifinalists at WAFCON will gain automatic tickets to the FIFA Women World Cup 2027 in Brazil.
