Two African countries were Tuesday humiliated at the 12th world U20 Women’s World Cup in Poland as Argentina blasted Debutante Benin Republic 8-0 in group A and England whipped Tanzania 5-1 in group B.

African sent fellow African in Tanzania to a heartbreak when Nigeria’s Princess Ademiluyi scored the opener against Tanzania in the 9th minute from Lia Vivienne connect and same Lia supplied the assist to Jessie Gale to score the 5th goal.
The Young Lionesses that won the Bronze in 2018 out of 5 appearances sent Twiga Stars of Tanzania to the exit door via three penalty kicks that Rachel Maltby scored in the 15th minute when Lidya Vivienne fouled in the box. Elizabeth Mutimi fouled in the box and Maltby scored England’s 3rd goal in the 43rd minute. Maltby got her hatrick in the 45th minute when Elizabeth Mutimi fouled again in the box. It was a scanty crowd of 627 fans that watched England pick a victory before Ref Dione Rissies of Chile at the Bielsko Biala stadium where Jamila Mnuduka scored the only goal for Tanzania in the 65th minute before injury removed her three minutes later. Tanzania will face Canada in their last group match while the star match will be Brazil versus England.
Earlier Brazil had whipped Canada 3-0 to top group B with 6 points; England has 4 points; Canada has 1 point like Tanzania but placed 3rd by goals difference.
In group A, Argentina terrorised Debutante Benin Republic 8-0 and hosts Poland beat Mexico 2-1. Poland tops group A with 6 points; Argentina has 3 points while Mexico and Benin Republic scored one point each but Mexico is 3rd on goals difference. Benin has a difficult hurdle to scale as they will meet hosts Poland in the last group match while Mexico will face Argentina.
Tomorrow Wednesday at 2 pm The Black Princesses of Ghana will meet Korea in group C while Italy will tackle New Zealand and at 5pm also in group C Ecuador will try to upset France while USA will use computerised football to dislocate high Tech Japan.
