Super Eagles To Face Reggae Boyz Again In Final Of Unity Cup

The Super Eagles will face the Reggae Boyz of Jamaica in the final of the Unity Cup on Saturday at The Valley in South London.

It will be a rematch of the 2025 final which the Eagles triumphed 5-4 on penalties after the match had ended 2-2 at regulation time.

The Reggae Boyz on Wednesday defeated India 2-0 in the second semifinals, same scoreline the Eagles recorded against the Warriors of Zimbabew on Tuesday night.

The third place match will now be between Zimbabwe and India same Saturday.

The Unity Cup has given Coach Eric Chelle an opportunity to assess some new players with one Femi Azeez scoring the brace that knocked out Zimbabwe.

About seevn players made their debut for Nigeria in the game and some could potentially have made impression for more action in the future.
