Sokoto State Governor, Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto, has approved the appointment of Abdulkadir Ahmed Mohamed as the new Head of the Civil Service of the state.
Abdulkadir Ahmed Mohamed replaces Sulaiman S. Fulani Ahmadu, who has retired from active service.
The Governor also appointed four special advisers, three permanent secretaries, two acting permannet secretaries and five senior special assistants to help drive the engine of governance in the state.
The special advisers are Hon. Umar Babuga Oro, Hon. Faruku Labbo, Zainab Umar Dasuki and Kamaludden Abubakar Lemi.
The permanent secretaries are Abubakar Mo’d Bello, Kabiru Labaran and Dr. Sanusi Aliyu Binji, while the acting permanent secretaries are Salihu Muh’d Galadanci and Kasimu Abdulkadir Sadiq
The senior special assistants are Bande Mohammed Rikina, Aliyu Mai Akwai, Mohammed Sahab, Kabiru Mohammed Sani and Bashiru Haliru Dogon Daji.
According to a statement from the Dirctor General,Media and Publicity,Government House,Sokoto, Abubakar Bawa said all the appointments take immediate effect.
