Lookman Becomes Galatasaray’s January Number One Transfer Target

Embattled and unsttled Ademola Lookman has now been moved to the top of the shopping list of Galatasaray for the January transfer window.

Tension between Ademola Lookman and Atalanta persists after he failed to quit the Italian club in the summer as was again evident in the player’s clash with coach Ivan Juric after he was subbed off in a Champions League tie at Olympique Marseille.

And now according to Fanatik, Ademola Lookman has emerged as Galatasaray’s primary target for the winter transfer window, and the Turkish giants will make every effort to sign him.

The forward was initially considered a potential replacement for Barış Alper Yılmaz if he was sold to NEOM SC for a transfer fee of around 50 million dollars, with a large part of that amount planned to be offered for Lookman.

Galatasaray maintain their interest in the player and have moved him to the top of their transfer list, according to Fanatik.

The Turkish champions will start negotiations with Atalanta in the coming days and make the first official bid in preparation for January.
