The Tunisian Consortium for Africa Development (TUCAD) has appointed Hon. Ahmed Shuaibu Gara Gombe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Green White Green (GWG) Sports Center Ltd, as its Representative in Nigeria.
This partnership is expected to drive development across key sectors including: Water, Energy, Roads & Bridges, Schools & Health and Marine Telecommunications (fibre optics, mast, rooftop)
The appointment of Gara Gombe, combined with TUCAD’s vision and commitment is anticipated to facilitate project evaluation, studies, and funding, ultimately leading to enhanced infrastructure development and improved lives in Nigeria and across Africa.
The Founder and Chairman of Board of Trustees of Athletes and Other Sports Development initiative, an NGO promoting accountability, transparency, and good governance in sports, expressed gratitude for the appointment, noting that it will provide him with the opportunity to serve humanity across Africa.
He thanked the Tunisian Authorities for this appointment and sought the cooperation of all individuals with good intentions to ensure the success of this assignment.
