The continental football governing body made the announcement at its 47th Ordinary General Assembly in Kinshasha, Democratic Republic of Congo.

CAR reported a net profit of 9.48m dollars for the 2023-2024 financial year with continued revenue growth of up to 166.42m dollars.

The report marks a return to profitability, reevrsing several years of financial deficits and achieving significant growth as part of the organisation’s turnaround strategy adopted in 2021.

CAF has strengthened its global positioning through high profile partnership agreements, ensuring that African football remains a premier platform for global brands. CAF sponsors and partners have now grown to 16 in 2024-25
