This year’s Nigeria National League Super Four draw in Lagos looks set to be a show stopper as the second tier league is leaving nothing to chance in glamourizing the event.
The draw for the Super Four will hold on Thursday, April 24, 2026, in Ikeja GRA, Lagos, while the competition proper will run from May 1 to May 8, 2026, to crown the overall champion of the 2025/2026 NNL season.

VDCInsights reports that from the personalities expected to grace the event to the sponsors and the clubs, everything is being done to make the event a truly Eko for show .
Among the dignatories expected to grace the occasion include the NSC Director General, Bukola Olopade, and NFF President, Ibrahim Gusau, will headline the NNL Super Four Draws.
The duo will accompanied by former Super Eagles forward, Victor Ikpeba, and other big guns from across the industry expected to be part of the event.
The NNL wants to use the Super Four to once again draw attention to the fact that they remain the most important league in the country and not just a mere feeder league .
With the massive support they have received from their sponsors especially, Toptier Sports Management, which has given the NNL needed financial boost and visibility, and not forgetting Betpower that has also impacted on the welfare of the players momentarily, and their improved organization, and growing commercial appeal, the second tier league is truly evolving is staking its claim as the most important league in Nigeria.

The four newly promoted from the NNL to NPFL : Doma United, Sporting Lagos, Inter Lagos, and Ranchers Bees, will added colour and interest to the event given their geographical spread.
George Aluo led NNL is gradually performing wonders and turning things around without much noise as even the blind can attest, more so with all four newly promoted sides being owned by private individuals.
