Failure they say is an orphan and success has many fathers and so it is now with the Super Eagles after their 2-0 victory against the Desert Foxes of Algeria on Saturday in Marrakech.
The Super Eagles now have themselves to blame for any claim of lack of financial motivation.
The team now stands a chance of pocketing over $1.5m should they overcome host Morocco in the semi final and go ahead to win the final.
Chairman of BUA Group, Alhaji Abdul Samad Rabiu has just made a staggering financial pledge to inspire the Super Eagles to victory against the Atlas Lions of Morocco.
He has promised the team $500,000 to the players if they win the semi final and an additional $50,000 for every goal scored in the match.
The business mogul also pledged a whopping $1,000,000, if they lift the trophy in the final, plus $100,000 for each goal scored in the final.
Can the Super Eagles overcome the Atlas Lions in the semi and go ahead to win in the final?
